The camera-on policy
Attendance requires the camera on for the duration of the live session. A student who joins with the camera off is recorded as attended but unengaged — present on the roll, flagged for the instructor's review. Sustained disengagement is raised with the Office of Instruction, not penalised silently.
Recording access — enforced by the system
Session recordings are released only against an excused absence. The release is granted by the platform on the recorded mark, not by instructor discretion. An unexcused absence does not unlock the recording — make-up is arranged directly with the instructor.
